W. Brady Scott

Mr. Scott founded Summit Investment Group in 2022. He leads the organization's investment strategy and tactical deployment of investment and operational activities for the organization.  

Mr. Scott has more than 25 years of commercial real estate investment experience across all asset classes, including leadership positions in acquisitions, dispositions, development, portfolio management and structured finance. Mr. Scott has directed the development and management of multiple investment programs with institutional and private equity partners during his career, including formation and management of key joint-ventures and programmatic co-investment platforms.

Mr. Scott has successfully executed transactions on +41 million square feet of real estate in more than 20 markets throughout the United States on behalf of institutional investors, private equity, and public companies, with an aggregate value of $2.7 billion. Mr. Scott has made significant contributions to the advancement of the CRE industry through his longstanding involvement with ULI Council and NAIOP Forum programs. Mr. Scott served in the United States Marine Corps and is passionate about helping former service members make successful transitions back to civilian life following service. Mr. Scott graduated magna cum laude from the University of Denver with a concentration in real estate.  He and his wife Shanon live in Evergreen, Colorado along with their two children.
